Nine men charged with conspiracy to bomb high-profile London targets in the run-up to Christmas have been remanded in custody after appearing in court.
Mohammed Moksudur Rahman Chowdhury, 20, of Stanliff House, Tower Hamlets, and Shah Mohammed Lutfar Rahman, 28, of St Bernard's Road, Newham, have been remanded in custody until 14 January.
Gurukanth Desai, 28, of Albert Street; Omar Sharif Latif, 26, of Neville Street, and Abdul Malik Miah, 24, of Ninian Park Road, all from Cardiff, have to appear at the Old Bailey on the same date.
Nazam Hussain, 25, of Grove Street; Usman Khan, 19, of Persia Walk; Mohibur Rahman, 26, of North Road, and Abul Bosher Mohammed Shahjahan, 26, of Burmarsh Walk, all from Stoke-on-Trent, were also remanded in custody.

Among the potential targets of Christmas attack were the London Eye, the Houses of Parliament, the Stock Exchange and London's Mayor, Boris Johnson, it was claimed.
The court was told that targets for bombings had been agreed by the suspects before the police raids. The suspects had also conducted live tests on explosives.
A dozen men were arrested last week in London, Cardiff and Stoke-on-Trent in central England. … Three were released without charge.
The decision to charge them was announced early yesterday, with police saying that the conspiracy started on October 1 and continued until December 20, the day of the arrests.
The men are also accused of preparing for acts of terrorism, downloading and researching materials and methods for acts of terrorism, and carrying out reconnaissance missions and testing incendiary material.

They moved on to look at the Church of Scientology building on Queen Victoria Street near Blackfriars, before visiting a branch of McDonald’s.
After the arrests on December 20, searches at one of the addresses uncovered a handwritten note containing the contact details of six individuals, Mr Arnold said.
It had the full addresses of the Dean of St Paul’s and the Chapter House, two rabbis and their synagogues, the U.S. Embassy, London Stock Exchange and the work address of Boris Johnson [mayor of London].

Detention and interrogation of terror suspects at Guantanamo bay as excuse for terror and Obama and others buy into this non senses to smear Bush, for ideoloical reasons, and forceful anti-terror tactics

Mr Obama views Guantanamo, which conjures up images of water-boarding and other alleged torture, as a prime symbol of Bush-era war on terror excess that only serves as a recruiting tool for Al-Qaeda.
[White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs told CNN's State of the Union program on Sunday] "Are they willing to listen to others in the national security arena that have told us and will tell them and have, quite frankly, told the public that Al-Qaeda recruits young people to do harm, to try to blow up airplanes, to blow up themselves and kill others, they use that [Guantanamo Bay detention camp] as a recruiting tool?"

Comments: Guantanamo is being used as a lame excuse for terrorism by Islamic terrorists and their liberal and left-wing apologists.
Why don't these liberals and left-wingers fight the Islamic terrorist lies and excuses, instead of giving in and trying to shut down Guantanamo that saved lives.
The real reason Obama and the liberal-left attack Guantanamo is to smear George W Bush for ideological reasons (political reasons) and paint him in a negative light, in order to make themselves look good (Bush and his supporters bad. We, his opponents, are good.), when in fact they are being naive and morally bigoted. They only care about terrorists and dangerous criminals. Not about innocent people and victims.
The real reason Islamists attack Guantanamo is because they hate any strong action being taken against them and to portray such strong actions as bad, so that only ineffective actions will be taken against them.

US Attorney General Eric Holder warns of increasing threat of fifth colum [treacherous Trojan horse] terror attacks in the US by Muslim US citizens

"The threat has changed from simply worrying about foreigners coming here, to worrying about people in the United States, American citizens -- raised here, born here, and who for whatever reason, have decided that they are going to become radicalized and take up arms against the nation in which they were born," he said.
In the last 24 months, Holder said, 126 people have been indicted on terrorist-related charges, Fifty of those people are American citizens.

Comments: The even worse problem that kills is the political correctness that labels any raising of concerns or suspicions about extremist Islam and Muslims as 'hate' and 'Islamophobia'.
The incoming US Homeland Security Committee chair Peter King said that Muslims aren't helping anti-terror efforts but "acquiesce in terror or ignore the threat".
It's not the terrorists that are the problem. It is the culture and religion (Religion was part of culture and culture shaped behaviour - Germany's Family Minister Kristina Schröder) that breeds terrorism, and the politically correct left wing and media that incite and excuses terrorism that are causing the problems. Political correctness also hinders any real and effective action being taken against terror.
The worst enemy is political correctness and it should be defeated first.
Why is it that despite so many thousands of terror attacks by Muslims, there are so few and insignificant number of terror attacks against Muslims?

To some in the strata of political correctness, I'm a pretty bad guy. To be blunt, this crowd sees me as an anti-Muslim bigot. A spokesman for the Committee on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) denounced me last year for making "bigoted remarks . . . about Muslims and mosques”[Labeling criticism of Islamic and Muslim problems and hate as 'hate', e.g. 'bigoted'. Its a blasphemy to make such criticism.]

Important to note that this is not a tiny minority of Muslims that have these problems. It's mainstream with even Muslim leaders holding such distorted views.]
Even more troubling is that to this day, no Muslim leader has denounced those vile remarks. Nor did Newsday say a word about these slanders - no moral outrage or condemnation. As I became more immersed in attempting to unravel the radical Islamic threat to our nation and our civilization, it became more and more obvious to me that the moral myopia of Long Island's Muslim leaders and their apologists in the media was the rule - and that there were few exceptions.[Islamism is a global existential threat. Distorted views and political correctness are the rule among Muslims and the media.]
Federal and local law enforcement officials throughout the country told me they received little or - in most cases - no cooperation from Muslim leaders and imams.[Indirect support for terrorism. They may not be terrorists but they do nothing about terrorism in their mist.]
In the past 15 months we saw Najibullah Zazi, who was raised and educated in Queens, attempt to attack the New York City subway system with liquid explosives, using skills he learned in terrorist training camps in Afghanistan. We learned about Zazi by chance when his name came up on a wiretap. The case was almost compromised when a Queens imam - ostensibly cooperating with the New York City Police Department - tipped off Zazi.[Treachery: Taqiyya by a hate preacher Imam helping terrorists. Despite claims by leftists social determinists and some Muslims that poverty causes terrorism, Zazi here is a terrorists despite being in the US and getting an education. He wasn't living in poverty in some third world slum.]

US House of Representatives may vote to recognize Armenian genocide – up to 1.5 million Christian Armenians killed by Muslim Ottoman Turks around World War One

The House may vote next week on a measure that could damage U.S. relations with critical ally Turkey: a resolution declaring the World War I-era killings of Armenians a genocide.
Historians estimate that up to 1.5 million Armenians were killed by Ottoman Turks around the time of World War I, an event widely viewed by scholars as the first genocide of the 20th century. Turkey denies that the deaths constituted genocide, saying the toll has been inflated and those killed were victims of civil war and unrest.
The issue is awkward for Obama, who pledged as a presidential candidate to recognize the Armenian deaths as genocide. The administration reversed course, as Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton acknowledged Thursday.
The Foreign Affairs Committee approved a similar genocide measure in 2007, but it was not brought to the House floor for a vote following intensive pressure by then-President George W. Bush.

Muslims on the other hand are given billions in aid (at least 7.5 billion in aid from the US alone to Pakistan), and are treated as a "key" group that gets "top priority" and are pampered and told how wonderful they are (See WikiLeaked UK cable), not for any great achievement they made (The billions of petrol dollars some have isn't any achievement. They didn't do anything, its just oil in the ground.), but so that some of them don't go out and barbarically kill innocent civilians in terrorist attacks over some distorted view of the world (see the same WikiLeaked UK cable again).
Turkey engaging in denial and politically correct elites (both left and right, including George Bush, who also supported Kosovo Muslim Albanians against the Christian Serbs and handed the heartland of Serbian civilization to the Muslims.) colluding with it is nothing new and is as expected.
The democrats pushing this measure might be due to them trying to undermine the war effort against terror under the guise of caring for the Armenians. They probably only want to create friction between Turkey and the US so that it will undermine the war effort. Unlikely that they would give a damn about the Armenians.
Having said that, the resolution should nevertheless be passed, despite Turkish blackmail.
But there is an ongoing Muslim-on-Muslim genocide (including rapes) in Darfur but nothing is being done about it, so people will care even less (to the point of not remembering) about a Muslim-on-Christian genocide that happened nearly a hundred years ago.

UN and FCC working to control internet speech to stop [blasphemies] undermining pro-government mainstream media and globalists

The United Nations is now joining the Obama administration and Democratic commissioners on the FCC in an attempt to regulate the Internet, Jerome Corsi's Red Alert reports.
"The U.N. [uncomfortable with anything like the Internet that the globalists cannot control] is reacting to concerns of member governments, including the United States, that the Internet has made companies like WikiLeaks possible, while the FCC is more concerned about conservative news outlets on the Internet that are increasingly undermining government attempts to control the news through sympathetic mainstream media outlets," Corsi wrote.

¶1. (C) SUMMARY: Frustrated by the bruising that their community has taken after 24 UK-born Muslims were arrested in connection with the recently-thwarted air terrorist plot (reftels), prominent British Muslims sent an open letter to PM Tony Blair August 12 blaming his policy on Iraq and the Middle East for fueling extremism and putting British citizens at risk. HMG reacted angrily to the letter; in a series of meetings with Muslim community leaders August 14, government ministers planned to demand that the Muslim community itself do more to root out terrorists in its midst.
(U) BRITISH MUSLIMS ANGRY
¶4. (U) Prominent British Muslim leaders sent an open letter to PM Tony Blair August 12 stating that his policy on Iraq and the Middle East offers “ammunition to extremists” and puts British lives “at increased risk.” Appearing as a full page advertisement in newspapers August 13, the letter was signed by three of the four Muslim MPs, three of the five Muslim members of the House of Lords, and 38 Muslim organizations (for full text and list of signatories see para 10). Although the letter states specifically that “attacking civilians is never justified,” its signatories have used this sentence as a double-edged sword in defending the letter publicly, in effect equating civilian deaths in Lebanon with potential civilian deaths from terrorism. As MCB Secretary General Dr. Mohammed Abdul Bari told the press, “As Muslims, we condemn attacks on civilians wherever they happen. Civilians in the UK, the Middle East, and the rest of the world should all enjoy protection.”
(U) HMG ANGRY
¶5. (U) HMG reacted sharply to the letter. A spokesman for PM Blair (currently on holiday in Barbados), noting that al-Qaida terrorist attacks began well before Iraq, said, “To imply al-Qaida is driven by an honest disagreement over foreign policy is a mistake.” Home Secretary John Reid told the BBC, “I’m not going to question the motives of anyone who has signed this letter, but I think it is a dreadful

misjudgment if we believe the foreign policy of this country should be shaped in part, or in whole, under the threat of terrorist activity if we do not have a foreign policy with which the terrorists happen to agree.” Transport Secretary Douglas Alexander echoed these sentiments, saying “No government worth its salt should allow its foreign policy to be dictated to under the threat of terrorism.” Foreign Secretary Margaret Beckett said it would be “the gravest
SIPDIS possible error” to blame foreign policy for the threat of terrorism. “This is part of a distorted view of the world, a distorted view of life,” she said. “Let’s put the blame where it belongs: with people who wantonly want to take innocent lives.” Other ministers called the letter “facile,” “dangerous,” and “foolish.”
¶6. (U) Communities Secretary Ruth Kelly, along with ministers from her department and the Home Office, was scheduled to meet with representatives of various Muslim groups August 14. HMG has made clear that one message officials will deliver in these meetings is that Muslim leaders must do more to tackle extremism inside their community.
(U) ELEMENTS OF UNREST
¶8. (C) Also on August 14, law enforcement officials were scheduled to meet leaders from seven communities - Newham, Hackney, Barking, Dagenham, and Waltham Forest in London, plus Birmingham and High Wycombe - where they judged the possibility for unrest might lead to street violence.
¶9. (C) COMMENT: Since 7/7, HMG has invested considerable time and resources in engaging the British Muslim community. The current tensions demonstrate just how little progress has been made. At the same time, the Muslim community’s reaction to the arrests of 24 of its own sons - a knee-jerk reaction blaming HMG - shows that its leaders too have far to go. That said, the Muslim community is not the only element in Britain blaming HMG’s foreign policy for inciting radical elements; the left in particular but even the mainstream press has expressed the belief, reportedly wide-spread, that homegrown terrorism is an “inevitable” response to the UK’s involvement in Iraq and reluctance to call for an “immediate ceasefire” in the Middle East. HMG’s rather heated response to the letter is undoubtedly aimed at swaying broader opinion.
(U) FULL TEXT OF LETTER TO PRIME MINISTER BLAIR
¶10. (U) Begin text of letter:
Prime Minister, As British Muslims we urge you to do more to fight against all those who target civilians with violence, whenever and wherever that happens.
It is our view that current British government policy risks putting civilians at increased risk both in the UK and abroad.
To combat terror the government has focused extensively on

domestic legislation. While some of this will have an impact, the government must not ignore the role of its foreign policy.
The debacle of Iraq and now the failure to do more to secure an immediate end to the attacks on civilians in the Middle East not only increases the risk to ordinary people in that region, it is also ammunition to extremists who threaten us all.
Attacking civilians is never justified. This message is a global one. We urge the Prime Minister to redouble his efforts to tackle terror and extremism and change our foreign policy to show the world that we value the lives of civilians wherever they live and whatever their religion.
Such a move would make us all safer.

(U) Prominent British Muslim leaders sent an open letter to PM Tony Blair August 12 stating that his policy on Iraq and the Middle East offers “ammunition to extremists” and puts British lives “at increased risk.” Appearing as a full page advertisement in newspapers August 13, the letter was signed by three of the four Muslim MPs, three of the five Muslim members of the House of Lords, and 38 Muslim organizations (for full text and list of signatories see para 10). Although the letter states specifically that “attacking civilians is never justified,” its signatories have used this sentence as a double-edged sword in defending the letter publicly, in effect equating civilian deaths in Lebanon with potential civilian deaths from terrorism. As MCB Secretary General Dr. Mohammed Abdul Bari told the press, “As Muslims, we condemn attacks on civilians wherever they happen. Civilians in the UK, the Middle East, and the rest of the world should all enjoy protection.”
(U) HMG ANGRY
¶5. (U) HMG reacted sharply to the letter. A spokesman for PM Blair (currently on holiday in Barbados), noting that al-Qaida terrorist attacks began well before Iraq, said, “To imply al-Qaida is driven by an honest disagreement over foreign policy is a mistake.” Home Secretary John Reid told the BBC, “I’m not going to question the motives of anyone who has signed this letter, but I think it is a dreadful

misjudgment if we believe the foreign policy of this country should be shaped in part, or in whole, under the threat of terrorist activity if we do not have a foreign policy with which the terrorists happen to agree.” Transport Secretary Douglas Alexander echoed these sentiments, saying “No government worth its salt should allow its foreign policy to be dictated to under the threat of terrorism.” Foreign Secretary Margaret Beckett said it would be “the gravest
SIPDIS possible error” to blame foreign policy for the threat of terrorism. “This is part of a distorted view of the world, a distorted view of life,” she said. “Let’s put the blame where it belongs: with people who wantonly want to take innocent lives.” Other ministers called the letter “facile,” “dangerous,” and “foolish.”
¶6. (U) Communities Secretary Ruth Kelly, along with ministers from her department and the Home Office, was scheduled to meet with representatives of various Muslim groups August 14. HMG has made clear that one message officials will deliver in these meetings is that Muslim leaders must do more to tackle extremism inside their community.
(U) ELEMENTS OF UNREST
¶8. (C) Also on August 14, law enforcement officials were scheduled to meet leaders from seven communities - Newham, Hackney, Barking, Dagenham, and Waltham Forest in London, plus Birmingham and High Wycombe - where they judged the possibility for unrest might lead to street violence.
¶9. (C) COMMENT: Since 7/7, HMG has invested considerable time and resources in engaging the British Muslim community. The current tensions demonstrate just how little progress has been made. At the same time, the Muslim community’s reaction to the arrests of 24 of its own sons - a knee-jerk reaction blaming HMG - shows that its leaders too have far to go. That said, the Muslim community is not the only element in Britain blaming HMG’s foreign policy for inciting radical elements; the left in particular but even the mainstream press has expressed the belief, reportedly wide-spread, that homegrown terrorism is an “inevitable” response to the UK’s involvement in Iraq and reluctance to call for an “immediate ceasefire” in the Middle East. HMG’s rather heated response to the letter is undoubtedly aimed at swaying broader opinion.
(U) FULL TEXT OF LETTER TO PRIME MINISTER BLAIR
¶10. (U) Begin text of letter:
Prime Minister, As British Muslims we urge you to do more to fight against all those who target civilians with violence, whenever and wherever that happens.
It is our view that current British government policy risks putting civilians at increased risk both in the UK and abroad.
To combat terror the government has focused extensively on

domestic legislation. While some of this will have an impact, the government must not ignore the role of its foreign policy.
The debacle of Iraq and now the failure to do more to secure an immediate end to the attacks on civilians in the Middle East not only increases the risk to ordinary people in that region, it is also ammunition to extremists who threaten us all.
Attacking civilians is never justified. This message is a global one. We urge the Prime Minister to redouble his efforts to tackle terror and extremism and change our foreign policy to show the world that we value the lives of civilians wherever they live and whatever their religion.
Such a move would make us all safer.

Muslims profit from terrorism: WikiLeaked cable from UK says Muslims are “key audience” and “top priority” for charm offensive because of terrorism

Comments: Muslims gets all the attention, preferential treatment and rewards, because of terrorism in their community.
Maybe this is the reason why the problem of terrorism is persistent and widespread in that community.
Its like a spoiled kid that misbehaves to get attention and whatever it wants, and is rewarded for it. (The kid has other underlying problems too and isn't misbehaving only for attention. Even when it isn't looking for attention it beats up others for no reason.)
They probably enjoy all that extra attention and getting their egos massaged and being told how wonderful they are. (Theses sorts of homage no doubt further fuel their supremacist beliefs and delusions of grandeur, when in reality they are the worst and the least deserving in the sense that they aren't getting all these for some positive achievements. They haven't earned it. If anything, they have only extorted it.)
And it will also encourage further bad behavior and blackmail in the future. They will be saying, "Give us what we want or there will be terrorism" or "We will only fight terror if you give us what we want", every time they want something.
Keep in mind also that there is blackmail and extortion by terrorists kidnapping people (or Somali pirates hijacking ships) for ransom.

National Statistics (ONS), all data is from the 2001 UK
census unless otherwise noted.
-- Unemployment rates were higher for Muslims than any other
religion, for both men and women. Muslim male unemployment
rate was 13% in 2004, and for women it was 18%.
-- Muslims between the ages of 16 and 24 had the highest
unemployment rates at 28%; 11% of Muslims over the age of 25
were unemployed.
-- Muslims were most likely to be unavailable or not actively
seeking work due to reasons such as disability, being a
student, or looking after the family and home. 31% of
working-age men were economically inactive, as were 69% of
working-age women.
-- Muslims, both male and female, had the highest rates of
reported ill health in 2000. Age-standardized rates of "not
good" health were 13% for Muslim males and 16% for Muslim
females.
-- Muslims had the highest rates of disability, with 24% of
females and 21% of males claiming a disability.
-- 33% of working-age Muslims in Great Britain had no
qualifications in 2004, which is the highest rate of any
religious group. At 12%, they were also the least likely to
have degrees or equivalent qualifications.
-- In 2006, controversy arose after 100 Islamic private
schools turned out to be "little more than places where the
Koran is recited," the schools promised to upgrade their
instruction and they are due for review in 2010.
-- According to a poll of 600 Muslim and 800 non-Muslim
students at thirty universities throughout the UK conducted
by the Centre for Social Cohesion (CSC), as reported ref B,
32 percent of Muslims on UK campuses believe killing in the
name of religion is justified, 54 percent wanted a Muslim
Party to represent their world view in Parliament, and 40
percent want Muslims in the UK to be under Sharia law. Only
2 percent of non-Muslims felt killing in the name of religion
could be justified and none believed it was acceptable for
Muslims in the UK to have a religious-based party, or to be
under Sharia law. 73 percent of Muslim students are at least
occasional participants in Friday services while only 2
percent of non-Muslim students attend any religious service.
The poll results also found that 73 percent of Muslim
students believe it is possible to be both Muslim and British
and a similar number believe their parents are "much more or
somewhat more" strict Muslims than they are. In addition
only six percent believed that people who leave Islam for
another religion should be "punished according to Sharia law"

Comments: Not sure if those statistics have changed since then but at least it shows the history.
Muslims have these social problems worse than those from other religions and they also are the most religious.
This shows once again that the problem with Muslims isn't restricted to terrorism.
It wouldn't be surprising if young religious Muslims with social problems end up as terrorists, although terrorists come from all backgrounds.
Some will argue that social problems cause terrorism but this is not the whole story.
Social problems in Muslim communities are linked to their culture and religion.
And also, unlike Muslims, those from other religions who face the same social problems do not engage in terrorism as a result (or if they do then not nearly as severely as the Muslims).
The hight rate of marriage between close relatives among Muslims must contribute to the hight rate of disability.

Ex-Guyana MP Abdul Kadir sentenced to life for JFK airport terror plot to kill thousands - spied for Iran, claims Islam forbid killing “innocent” people
A U.S. judge on Wednesday sentenced an Islamist militant [ex-Guyana MP Abudl Kadir] to life in prison (Reuters)
a federal jury in August found Abdul Kadir, 58, of Guyana, guilty of conspiring to blow up buildings, fuel tanks and pipelines at the airport [New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport] (Reuters)
prosecutors alleged the pair wanted to kill thousands of people and cripple the American economy (AP)
"For years, I've been watching them," he [former airline cargo worker Russell Defreitas (AFP)] said of the fuel tanks while on a reconnaissance mission with the informant. (AP)
Defreitas [a U.S. citizen born in Guyana (Reuters) [who] initiated the plot (AFP)] will be sentenced on January 21(AFP)
Kadir, an engineer by training, provided links to militant groups with explosives experience and other support. (AFP)
The men sought to offer their plans to Jamaat Al Muslimeen, an Islamist extremist group in Trinidad and Tobago that was behind a 1990 coup attempt on the island, prosecutors said, and also tried to send Kadir to Iran to muster support. (Reuters)
The plotters also discussed reaching out to Adnam Shukrijumah, an al-Qaida member and explosives expert who was believed to be hiding out in the Caribbean at the time. (AP)
Kareem Ibrahim of Trinidad and Tobago was deemed too ill to be tried, but may face trial later. Guyanese Abdel Nur pleaded guilty in June to a separate charge of material support to terrorism and faces up to 15 years in prison. (Reuters)

US backed 'ex-terrorist' KLA allegedly killed and harvested organs of Serb civilians but nothing done - justice sacrificed for short-term stability
The following are excerpts from a report by Council of Europe investigator Dick Marty titled “Inhuman treatment of people and illicit trafficking in human organs in Kosovo”.

According to the information gathered by the Assembly and to the criminal investigations now under way, numerous concrete and convergent indications confirm that some Serbians and some Albanian Kosovars were held prisoner in secret places of detention under KLA control in northern Albania and were subjected to inhuman and degrading treatment, before ultimately disappearing.

Numerous indications seem to confirm that, during the period immediately after the end of the armed conflict, before international forces had really been able to take control of the region and re-establish a semblance of law and order, organs were removed from some prisoners at a clinic in Albanian territory, near Fushë-Krujë, to be taken abroad for transplantation.

This criminal activity, which developed with the benefit of the chaos prevailing in the region, at the initiative of certain KLA militia leaders linked to organised crime, has continued, albeit in other forms, until today, as demonstrated by an investigation being carried out by the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) relating to the Medicus clinic in Pristina.
6. Although some concrete evidence of such trafficking already existed at the beginning of the decade, the international authorities in charge of the region did not consider it necessary to conduct a detailed examination of these circumstances, or did so incompletely and superficially.
8. The ICTY, which had started to conduct an initial examination on the spot to establish the existence of traces of possible organ trafficking, dropped the investigation. The elements of proof taken in Rripe, in Albania, have been destroyed and cannot therefore be used for more detailed analyses. No subsequent investigation has been carried out into a case nevertheless considered sufficiently serious by the former ICTY Prosecutor for her to see the need to bring it to public attention through her book.
9. During the decisive phase of the armed conflict, NATO took action in the form of air strikes, while land operations were conducted by the KLA, de facto allies of the international forces. Following the departure of the Serbian authorities, the international bodies responsible for security in Kosovo very much relied on the political forces in power in Kosovo, most of them former KLA leaders.
10.The international organisations in place in Kosovo favoured a pragmatic political approach, taking the view that they needed to promote short-term stability at any price, thereby sacrificing some important principles of justice. For a long time little was done to follow-up evidence implicating KLA members in crimes against the Serbian population and against certain Albanian Kosovars. Immediately after the conflict ended, in effect, when the KLA had virtually exclusive control on the ground, many scores were settled between different factions and against those considered, without any kind of trial, to be traitors because they were suspected of having collaborated with the Serbian authorities previously in place.
11. EULEX, which took over certain functions in the justice sector previously fulfilled by UN structures (UNMIK) at the end of 2008, inherited a difficult and sensitive situation, particularly in the sphere of combating serious crime: incomplete records, lost documents, uncollected witness testimony. Consequently, a large number of crimes may well continue to go unpunished. Little or no detailed investigation has been carried out into organised crime and its connections with representatives of political institutions, or in respect of war crimes committed against Serbians and Albanian Kosovars regarded as collaborators or as rivals of the dominant factions. This last-named subject is still truly taboo in Kosovo today, although everybody talks about it in private, very cautiously. EULEX seems very recently to have made some progress in this field, and it is very much to be hoped that political considerations will not impede this commitment.
12. The team of international prosecutors and investigators within EULEX which is responsible for investigating allegations of inhuman treatment, including those relating to possible organ trafficking, has made progress, particularly in respect of proving the existence of secret KLA places of detention in northern Albania where inhuman treatment and even murders are said to have been committed. The investigation does not, however, benefit from the desirable co-operation from the Albanian authorities.
13. The appalling crimes committed by Serbian forces, which stirred up very strong feelings worldwide, gave rise to a mood reflected as well in the attitude of certain international agencies, according to which it was invariably one side that were regarded as the perpetrators of crimes and the other side as the victims, thus necessarily innocent. The reality is less clear-cut and more complex.
15. There cannot and must not be one justice for the winners and another for the losers. Whenever a conflict has occurred, all criminals must be prosecuted and held responsible for their illegal acts, whichever side they belonged to and irrespective of the political role they took on.
19.5.3 to start a serious and independent investigation in order to find out the whole truth about the allegations, sometimes concrete and specific, of the existence of secret detention centres where inhuman treatment was purportedly inflicted on prisoners from Kosovo, of Serbian or Albanian origin, during and immediately after the conflict; the investigation must also be extended to a verification of the equally specific allegations about organ trafficking said to have taken place during the same period, some of it on Albanian territory;

A further investigation, also carried out by EULEX, into the case of the Medicus Clinic in Pristina, has been made similarly difficult by the delays on the part of the authorities of several Council of Europe member and observer countries in responding to EULEX requests for international legal assistance[12]. Considering the gravity of the acts alleged – trafficking in human organs, no less – such delays are incomprehensible and unconscionable.
31. The evidence we have uncovered is perhaps most significant in that it often contradicts the much-touted image of the Kosovo Liberation Army, or KLA, as a guerrilla army that fought valiantly to defend the right of its people to inhabit the territory of Kosovo.
57. This group of prominent KLA personalities styled itself as the “Drenica Group”, evoking connections with the Drenica Valley in Kosovo[20], a traditional heartland of ethnic Albanian resistance to Serb oppression under Milosevic, and the birthplace of the KLA.
37. For more than two years after its initial emergence in 1996, the KLA was regarded as a marginal, loosely organised insurgency, whose attacks on the Yugoslav state were held by Western observers to amount to acts of “terrorism”.
43. Indeed, the perception of KLA pre‑eminence – largely created by the Americans – was a self-fulfilling prophecy, the bedrock upon which the KLA achieved actual ascendancy over other Kosovar Albanian constituencies with designs on power, such as Ibrahim Rugova’s Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) and Bujar Bukoshi’s “Government-in-exile”.
44. According to our insider sources, the KLA fought just as hard, and devoted arguably more of its resources and political capital, to maintain its advantage over its ethnic Albanian rival factions as it did to carry out co-ordinated military actions against the Serbs.
161. At the latest when their blood was drawn by syringe for testing (a step that appears to have been akin to “tissue typing”, or determining levels of organ transplantation compatibility), or when they were physically examined by men referred to as “doctors”, the captives must have been put on notice that they were being treated as some form of medical commodities. Sources described such tests and examinations having been undertaken in both Rripe and Fushë-Krujë.
162. The testimonies on which we based our findings spoke credibly and consistently of a methodology by which all of the captives were killed, usually by a gunshot to the head, before being operated on to remove one or more of their organs. We learned that this was principally a trade in “cadaver kidneys”, i.e. the kidneys were extracted posthumously; it was not a set of advanced surgical procedures requiring controlled clinical conditions and, for example, the extensive use of anaesthetic.
164. The practical dimension of the trafficking enterprise was relatively simple. Captives brought as far as the Fushë-Krujë area (which entailed an arduous drive of several hours onwards from Rripe or Burrel) were first held in the “safe house” facility. The proprietor of this property was an ethnic Albanian who allegedly shared both clan ties and organised criminal connections with members of the “Drenica Group”.[42]
165. As and when the transplant surgeons were confirmed to be in position and ready to operate, the captives were brought out of the “safe house” individually, summarily executed by a KLA gunman, and their corpses transported swiftly to the operating clinic.

The overwhelming majority of people in Kosovo today are Albanian Muslims and they have declared independence from Serbia. Their independence is recognized by many European countries and the U.S.

Nicaraguan US citizen & recent convert to Islam, Antonio Martinez (Muhammad Hussein) charged with military terror plot in Baltimore-area
Nicaraguan US citizen and recent convert to Islam, Antonio Martinez, also know as Muhammad Hussein, 21, from Baltimore has been charged with 'attempting to detonate a car bomb outside an armed forces recruiting center'1 in Catonsville, Maryland.3
The car bomb was a fake set up by the FBI in a sting operation and no one was hurt in the attempted bombing.1,2,3
Martinez was allegedly angry at the US military for what he considered to be a “war on Muslims”.3

Comments: Yet another Muslim convert terrorist.
This case proves once again the delusion among some Muslims that they are under attack and being persecuted, when the fact is that it is Islamists and Muslim terrorists who are killing and persecuting non-Muslims, as well as other Muslims.
So there is a need for honest information and criticism of Islam and Muslims, in order to show the truth so that they won't fall for nonsense about Muslims being victims, like Martinez here did.
Politically correct lies and cover-ups not only fail to stop the problem, but also encourages even more terror and extremism by making Muslims think they, their religion and culture are wonderful and not in need of any change.
When they are deluded by politically correct lies that they are fine and wonderful, any criticism or attempt to solve the problem is seen as an unjustified attack on Islam and Muslims, leading them to commit terrorism in what they falsely believe to be self-defense.
So political correctness and those who peddle it not only do not to save lives but are responsible for keeping Muslims in the dysfunctional state they are in, and for the resulting terrorism, deaths and sufferings from it. PC kills.

A woman who identified herself as Martinez's mother but refused to give her name told The Associated Press on Thursday that she tried to persuade him not to convert to Islam.
"I'm not falling for no b.s.," he told the informant when he heard about the Oregon case. Still he wanted to go ahead with the plan.
A former girlfriend, Alisha Legrand, said she met him three or four years ago - before he became a Muslim - and described him as quiet. The two last spoke over the summer and Legrand, 20, said Martinez tried to get her to convert.
"She [his mother] wants me to be like everybody else, being in school, working," Martinez told the informant. "My wife understands. ... I told her I want to fight jihad. ... She said she doesn't want to stop me."
Martinez's Facebook page identifies his wife as Naimah Ismail-Hussain, who describes herself as a student and employee at Pine Manor College in Chestnut Hill, Mass.

Comments: Yet another Muslim convert terrorist.
This case proves once again the delusion among some Muslims that they are under attack and being persecuted, when the fact is that it is Islamists and Muslim terrorists who are killing and persecuting non-Muslims, as well as other Muslims.
So there is a need for honest information and criticism of Islam and Muslims, in order to show the truth so that they won't fall for nonsense about Muslims being victims, like Martinez here did.
Politically correct lies and cover-ups not only fail to stop the problem, but also encourages even more terror and extremism by making Muslims think they, their religion and culture are wonderful and not in need of any change.
When they are deluded by politically correct lies that they are fine and wonderful, any criticism or attempt to solve the problem is seen as an unjustified attack on Islam and Muslims, leading them to commit terrorism in what they falsely believe to be self-defense.
So political correctness and those who peddle it not only do not to save lives but are responsible for keeping Muslims in the dysfunctional state they are in, and for the resulting terrorism, deaths and sufferings from it. PC kills.

US judge rules there's “ample evidence” to justify labeling CAIR an unindicted Hamas terrorist co-conspirator
U.S. District Judge Jorge A. Solis has ruled that there is "ample evidence" CAIR engaged in "a conspiracy to support Hamas" and has refused a request to 'strike its name from documents listing it as an unindicted co-conspirator' in the Holy Land Foundation terror funding case.
The ruling was made in July 2009 but only unsealed on Friday.
CAIR was first named as an unindicted co-conspirator in 2007 and in 2008 the Holy Land Foundation and its leaders were convicted of leading a scheme to funnel more that $12 million, disguised as charity, to Hamas suicide bombers and their families.
Evidence against CIAR includes documents showing that it and it's founding chairman Omar Ahmad operated as key members of the U.S. wing of Hamas called ''Palestine Committee,'' and FBI wiretaps and testimony showing the presence of Ahmad and it's acting executive director, Nihad Awad, at a Philadelphia hotel room meeting during the last decade with Hamas leaders.
At that meeting, which was organized and led by Ahmad, they decided to deceptively substitute 'Hamas' with 'Samah' – a backward spelling of 'Hamas,' laid out plans to use Palestine committee to channel funds for Hamas, and to found CAIR as a front group for the media.
Despite these facts, media outlets, including Fox News, which is financed by the same Saudi prince funding CAIR, continue to invite CAIR, self-described as a “civil-rights advocacy organization,” for comments.

According to the FBI, CAIR or Council on American-Islamic Relations is "a front group for Hamas" and was an unindicted co-conspirator in the 2007-2008 Holy Land Foundation trial – the largest terror-financing case in U.S. history.
During the so-called Flying imams case, which some claim was staged to bring a lawsuit, Mohammedi proposed launching a campaign to "discredit people" critical of the imams who were removed from a US Airways plane after staff and crew said they were behaving suspiciously.
He also proposed charging the US and Israel with “conspiring to commit murder, kidnapping, property damage and acts of terrorism" for the 2006 Israeli counteroffensive that was launched after unprovoked rocket attacks by Hezbollah terrorists.
He was to participate in a New York debate on airport profiling but has now been removed due to his past.

[Commentary: Would have been interesting to know what kind of 'anti-terror' advice Mohammedi might have offered, given that he once proposed charging those fighting terror with the crime of terrorism. There's a danger that he might confuse those fighting terrorism with the terrorists.
This case sounds similar to that of another 'human rights' activist Amir Makhoul, the Arab-Israeli who has pleaded guilty to spying for enemy of Israel [not named but obviously Hezbollah] and was also accused of helping recruit terrorists.]

Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula claims plane crash in September and parcel bomb plot, says Saudis helped Jews by foiling them
Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) has claimed responsibility for the recent foiled airmail parcel bomb plot and the crash of a UPS plane in Dubai on September 3. They accuse the Saudis of "collaboration with the Jews" for thwarting their latest plot involving parcel bombs airmailed to Jewish synagogues in Chicago.

Two Yemeni airfreight parcel bombs intercepted en route to Chicago synagogues, one of them for gay Jews
The bombs sent from Yemen were intercepted on a UPS cargo plane in England,3 and at a Fedex facility in Dubai,3 after a Saudi tipoff.4
Although the bombs were sent to Chicago synagogues,3 one which was Or Chadash that serves gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Jew,1 British Prime Minister David Cameron said the bomb found in England was designed to explode on the plane.3
Around 60 per cent of US bound cargo is flown in on passenger planes, meaning the bombs, which were powerful enough to bring down a plane, could easily have brought down one of them.3
Al-Qaeda in the Arabian peninsula is suspected of being behind the plot since PETN explosives, used by them in the past, such in Umar Farouk AbdulMutallab's failed under wear bomb,2 was also used this time in one of the bombs, placed inside a computer2 printer's ink tonger cartridge.4
Hanan Al-Samawi,2 a fifth-year Engineering student at Sanaa University, in the Yemeni capital, has been arrested under suspicion5 of mailing the packages. Her mother, Amatulillah Mohammed, has been detained along with her.2

Muslim censorship: Journalist Juan Williams fired for expressing worry of Muslims on planes
National Public Radio (NPR) news analyst Juan Williams, who is black, has been fired after saying that although he is not a bigot and has written books on civil rights movement, he "get worried" and "nervous" at seeing people on the same plane as him that "identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims" by wearing "Muslim garb". The comments were made on Fox News Channel's "The O'Reilly Factor" to host Bill O'Reilly. NPR's reason for firing Williams was that the comments were "inconsistent with our editorial standards and practices, and undermined his credibility as a news analyst with NPR."

Muslims profit from terror; New US military aid for Pakistan, on top of annual 2 billion, 7.5 billion pledged and 400 million flood aid
As part of a "strategic dialogue", Pakistan is in talk with the US for new military equipments to fight Muslim terror.1 Pakistan currently receives $2 billion2 in military aid for this and last year Congress pledged 7.5 billion3 over five years to build schools, infrastructure and democratic institutions to turn people away from terrorism. The US has also donated about $400 million4 in flood relief for those effected by the recent flood.
This shows the injustice of how Muslims profit from terror. Due to Muslim terrorism, the US and others have to give aid and assistance to bribe and improve Muslims, in order that they will be pleased and will hopefully become a bit smarter and so will not support or become terrorists. At the same time, other more deserving people also in need of help gets ignored, or are denied of help they would otherwise have received, since it has gone instead to the Muslims, as there is no threat of terrorism from the non-Muslims.
