Kosovo national, Ilir Rrecaj, accused of involvement in killing Serbs to harvest human organs, indicted by EU for unrelated human kidney trafficking

EU prosecutor Jonathan Ratel has indicted at least nine people suspected of involvement in a Kosovo human kidney trafficking ring that targeted people in "extreme poverty or acute financial distress" from Moldova, Kazakhstan, Russia and Turkey. The victims were falsely promised cash for their kidneys which were removed and transplanted into paying customers.

Among those indicted was a Kosovo national, Ilir Rrecaj, who was a senior Health Ministry official at the time when the ring was broken by authorities in November 2009.

 According to the Associated Press,
Soon after the raid, the Belgrade-based daily newspaper Blic alleged that Dervishi was linked to allegations that members of the Kosovo Liberation Army kidnapped Serb civilians and killed them for their organs, which they later sold.[Emphasis added]

The allegations of the trade stemmed from a book by former U.N. War Crimes tribunal prosecutor Carla Del Ponte who claimed that organ harvesting took place in Albania's remote north. Subsequent investigations did not substantiate the claims.
Others indicted includes Turkish doctor Yusuf Sonmez and an Israeli citizen Moshe Harel, who is accused of recruiting and transporting victims, and of being responsible for the financial aspects. Another Israeli, Zaki Shapira, is linked to the case as an unindicted co-conspirator. Authorities also found in 2009 an Israeli who was recovering after receiving a kidney transplant.

[Although Carla Del Ponte's claim weren't substantiated by later investigations, this new revelation give her claim more credibility and it could be that Dervishi got away with the earlier crime against Christian Serbs due to lack of evidence, most probably as a result of the usual taqiyya by all those Muslims involved. Muslim terrorists or criminals (e.g. Somali pirates) carrying out kidnappings and demanding ransom is almost a daily occurrence in the news. It is also a well know fact that they kill people even if they have not done anything, such as the Christians in the Middle East and Iraq in particular, or even other Muslims. Given that there was a war between Serbia and Kosovo terrorists during the time of the alleged organ harvesting from Serbs, and given the proven track record of Muslim extremists, it is reasonable to expect that they would do something such as this.]

Note: Kosovo was formerly the heartland of Christian Serbian civilization before being invaded by Muslim Turks in the Middle ages. It is currently under occupation by Albanian Muslims, who have declared independence from Serbia. This move is supported by the alleged Christian crusader nation of U.S. and many member of the European Union, which is itself becoming Eurabia.]
