Germany bound suspected suitcase bomb in Namibia was a fake manufactured in the U.S. to test airport security

 Germany said the suitcase believed to contain a bomb that was found at Namibia on a German bound airplane was a fake bomb manufactured by a U.S. company to test airport security. Investigations are continuing as to how it ended up where it did.
