Nigerian police chief says some police may be Boko Haram Islamic terrorist members tipping off police movements resulting in failure so far to stop them

[Nigerian police chief] Hafiz Ringim, during a visit to the northeastern city of Maiduguri, where much of the violence has occurred, said
Some tell me that some of you are their members,"

"I do not want to believe it, but how do they know our movements?"

Source: AFP

Comments: It wouldn't be surprising if terrorists have infiltrated the police.

Islamic extremist infiltration, espionage (spying) and lying or deceiving (Taqiyya) are quite common.

A reminder from a previous post
Boko Haram means "Western education is sin" or "Western education is sacrilege" in the local Hausa language.
This Islamic sect is also known as the Nigerian Taliban.

Ex-Guyana MP Abdul Kadir sentenced to life for JFK airport terror plot to kill thousands - spied for Iran, claims Islam forbid killing “innocent” people

A U.S. judge on Wednesday sentenced an Islamist militant [ex-Guyana MP Abudl Kadir] to life in prison (Reuters)

Comments: Terrorists in high places (parliament) and low places (cargo worker) too.

Member of Israeli parliament Azmi Bishara also face spying charges but has fled Israel.

Classic Taqiyyah; saying "Islam does not support aggression or killing innocent people" while trying to blow up an airport and kill thousands.

US troops training Afghan police in Nangarhar province have been attacked by one of the trainees named Azat Gul, who opened fired killing six of them before being killed himself.

Taliban spokesman name the attacker as Izzatullah but APF added that
The Taliban have made unsubstantiated claims of attacks on NATO forces.

WikiLeaks summary - Saudis donors fund terrorists, Saudi king wants Iranian snake's head cut off, Iranian Red Crescent is a front group for Iran

A brief summary of a few of the details to emerge from the US embassy cables leaked by WikiLeaks

Saudi donors were chief financiers of militant groups such as al-Qaeda2

Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah “frequently exhorted the US to attack Iran to put an end to its nuclear weapons programme” and asked them to “cut off the head of the snake” at a meeting in 2008.2

Leaders in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt referred to Iran as "evil", an "existential threat" and a power that "is going to take us to war"3

Officials in Jordan and Bahrain have openly called for Iran's nuclear programme to be stopped by any means, including military.3

Iranian Red Crescent was used by Iran to smuggle Iranian weapons and agents to Hezbollah during 2006 Israel-Lebanon war.4

'He [a credible source] said Iran used the IRC to enter Iraq during the 1980-86 war between the two countries, to get into the Balkans in the 1990s and to support Shia opposition in Bahrain and Yemen from 1997-2000. According to the cable, he said he was asked to sign certificates for two or three al-Quds officers to travel to Iraq under cover of the IRC after the US invasion. He was then asked to sign between 10 and 30 certificates. He said he refused and they were signed by a superior.'4

Israel says Palestinian Red Crescent also help move Palestinian fighters around.4

Kim Jong-il, of North Korea, was said to suffer from epileptic fits2

'Iran had obtained missiles from North Korea to give it the capacity to launch strikes on capitals in Western Europe for the first time.'2

'According to a cable dated last Feb 24, North Korea sent to Iran 19 of the missiles, capable of carrying a nuclear warhead' and it 'significantly advanced Iran’s development of intercontinental ballistic missiles'2

Comment: Not very politically correct talks in secret while censoring everyone else. Nothing too new or too much either. It can all be easily guessed even with the tiny amount of information that had been put up on this site over the past two months.

The real revelation from these leaks is the absence of any mention by the polite PC diplomats of the religion of Islam or Muslims and their culture, and the role they play in all of the world's problems.

As Germany's Family Minister Kristina Schröder said 'Religion was part of culture and culture shaped behaviour'

Or could it be that WikiLeaks did not leak any critical assessment of Islam, Muslims or their culture?

There is no hope of a solution unless the problem is honestly and truthfully stated.

And it is no time for political correctness when innocent people are being persecuted and even killed daily.

NYC 'Human right' commissioner Omar T. Mohammedi did not reveal his CAIR past - he once proposed “discredit” the critics campaign

World Net Daily reports that Omar T. Mohammedi, a New York City Human Rights Commissioner and former president and general counsel of CAIR-New York, “scrubbed” or “bleached” or “omitted his CAIR background from his biographical sketch posted on the human-rights commission website.”

According to the FBI, CAIR or Council on American-Islamic Relations is "a front group for Hamas" and was an unindicted co-conspirator in the 2007-2008 Holy Land Foundation trial – the largest terror-financing case in U.S. history.

During the so-called Flying imams case, which some claim was staged to bring a lawsuit, Mohammedi proposed launching a campaign to "discredit people" critical of the imams who were removed from a US Airways plane after staff and crew said they were behaving suspiciously.

He also proposed charging the US and Israel with “conspiring to commit murder, kidnapping, property damage and acts of terrorism" for the 2006 Israeli counteroffensive that was launched after unprovoked rocket attacks by Hezbollah terrorists.

He was to participate in a New York debate on airport profiling but has now been removed due to his past.

Below is the full description of him, without mentioning CAIR, on the NYC web site

Omar T. Mohammedi is an attorney who specializes in employment discrimination and corporate and real estate transactions. Previously, he worked as an attorney with the National Muslim Merchants Association, and the law firms of Anderson, Kill, & Olick and Sherman & Sterling. He serves as President of the 9/11 Coalition for Constitutional & Human Rights and President of the New York Area Muslim Bar Association. He received an LL.M. from Fordham University School of Law and from Cambridge & Warwick University School of Law in England.

[Commentary: Would have been interesting to know what kind of 'anti-terror' advice Mohammedi might have offered, given that he once proposed charging those fighting terror with the crime of terrorism. There's a danger that he might confuse those fighting terrorism with the terrorists.

This case sounds similar to that of another 'human rights' activist Amir Makhoul, the Arab-Israeli who has pleaded guilty to spying for enemy of Israel [not named but obviously Hezbollah] and was also accused of helping recruit terrorists.]

Arrest warrant relating to Swedish rape charge for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange who published leaked US files on Iraq and Afghan war

Sweden is to issue an international arrest warrant for the Australian founder of WikiLeaks, Julian Assange, 39, after a court there ordered his detention for questioning in relation to charges of2 "rape, sexual molestation and unlawful coercion."4

Sweden's Director of Prosecution, Marianne Ny, said prosecutors "have not been able to meet with him to accomplish the interrogations".2

Assange is currently 'hiding' in Britain.4

The charges against him stems from "an incident of consensual sex where the condom broke".1

At that time, Assange was in Sweden lecturing on the leaking of confidential U.S. military files on the war in Afghanistan.3

Investigation against him was initially dropped in August by the prosecutor, Eva Finne, but later resumed by Ny in September.2

WikiLeaks has so far published 400,000 classified US documents on the Iraq war and 77,000 on the Afghan war.1

[Are there any similarities between Eva Finne, who initially dropped the investigation against Assange, and the judges suspected of bias in the failed first trial of Geert Wilders?

Judicial and official bias against those criticizing Islam, and bias for Islam and its supporters is something to watch out for.]

Nima Ali Yusuf, a 24-year-old permanent resident of the U.S.,1 sometimes worked as a volunteer for San Diego-based African relief group which collects and sends clothes to Somalia.2 She is charged with conspiring to provide personnel and money to al-Shabaab,3 and lying about sending money to Somalia.2 The al-Qaeda linked al-Shabaab is listed as a terror group by the U.S.2 Yusuf is the fourth Somali native in San Diego this month to be charged with aiding the Somali terror group after three men were arrested earlier.3

Nigeria said to have evidence linking Iran to secret weapons shipment to the country

Nigeria says two Iranians, Azimi Agajany and Sayed Akbar Tahmaesebi were behind the secret shipment of 13 containers of weapons, including 107mm artillery rockets, rifle rounds2 and grenades,1 to the country. The shipment was made by them through a Tehran-based company called International Trading and General Construction.2  The containers, deceptively labeled "packages of glass wool and pallets of stone", were loaded at Bandar Abbas in Iran by France based shipping company CMA CGM and arrived at Lagos in July.2

The containers sat at the port until October 26 2 and were about to be shipped to Gambia1 when it was seized by the Nigerian authorities, who said it had been monitored before arrival.2 The authorities also said the cargo was intended for Nigeria and that "any argument that the cargo came into the country by mistake is false."1 They believe the arms were ordered by some local politicians to be used if they lose in next year's election.2

Iranian Ambassador Hussein Abdullahi had earlier said there was no clear link of Iranian involvement, but Nigerian authorities say Tahmaesebi's visa application to Nigeria was supported by the Iranian foreign ministry and that he worked at the Iranian embassy apparently to "provide administrative support".2 Agajany's visa application was supported by the Nigerian Sheikh Ali Abbas Othman, aka Abbas Jega, who had studied in Iran and worked for Radio Tehran's Hausa language service.2 Nigerian authorities believe the two Iranians may be hiding in the Iranian embassy in the Nigerian capital Abuja.2

These revelations come only a fews days after Iranians demonstrated shouting “Death to America” outside the former US embassy in Tehran, which they now call “Den of Spies”.3

Arab-Israeli human rights activist, Amir Makhoul, pleads guilty to spying for enemy of Israel

A leading2 Arab-Israeli human rights activist,5 Amir Makhoul, 52, who has said attacks on Israeli civilians are not war crimes,3 has admitted and pleaded guilty to "contact with a foreign agent"5 and "conspiring to assist an enemy during a time of war",5 as part of a plea bargain. The prosecution in return has dropped the charge of “assisting”2,5 an enemy during war, which could have resulted in a life sentence if found guilty.2 Charges specifically linking his activities to Hezbollah has also been dropped.3 Makhoul now faces only up to 10 years in prison. The State Prosecutor's Office said the guilty plea puts an end to unfounded allegations that the charges were politically motivated and that wrongful means were used to acquired the confession.6

The charges against Hakhoul includes meeting Hezbollah agents during his travels,6 including to Denmark,5 and passing information to them on at least 10 occasions,6 [including] “street address, directions, and security arrangements for several strategic locations, including Shin Bet offices, Mossad offices, the Nachshonim military base, the Rafael weapons systems factory, and the home of Shin Bet head Yuval Diskin.”3 During the 2006 war with Hezbollah, he is alleged to have passed on the location of rocket strikes in Israel3 [probably] so Hezbollah could calculate the accuracy of it's attacks,4 and where he believed captured Lebanese fighters were held.1 He allegedly also tried to pass on a video of a failed terror attack against a Haifa mall.6

Makhoul was a former director of Ittijah, the Union of Arab Community-Based Associations and had also been chairman of High Arab Monitoring Committee's panel on defending Arab citizens' freedoms.6 [He most likely used the knowledge gained from serving in these posts to aid terror,] as he is also accused of giving Hezbollah a list of Arab-Israelis potentially willing to be recruited.3 One of his alleged terror contact was Hussan Jaja, a fellow community activist in Jordan, to whom he is said to have sent information using sophisticated encryption programmes2 or a coded email program.1 Another political activist, Omar Sayid, who was arrest along with Makhoul, had also had been charged with spying2 but has been released after pleading guilty to a lesser charge.5 MK Azmi Bishara also faced charges of spying but has fled the country and there have been other less well known cases of Arab-Israelis betraying to the terrorists.3

US Muslim Abdel Shehadeh charged with taqiyya over his attempt to join terrorists in Pakistan, Iraq and Somalia

Abdel Hameed Shehadeh, a US citizen born and raised in New York, flew to Islamabad in June 2008 to join terrorists but was denied entry to the country when he landed there. He lied about the purpose of his trip by saying it was to attend a madrasa (Islamic school), or an Islamic university, and to attend a friend's engagement party.

He then tried joining the US army in October 2008, hoping to get training, a weapon and be deployed to Iraq where he planned to commit “treason” by deserting to join terrorists. This also failed when recruiters discovered he lied by not telling them of his trip to Pakistan. He also showed them an old passport without the record of his travel to Pakistan saying he could not find his new one. He later admitted to the FBI that he had ripped out the Pakistani visa for his trip from his new passport.

Later that month, Shehadeh flew to Amann, Jordan, a country which borders Iraq, but was denied entry to the country.

Shehadeh went to Honolulu in April 2009 and from there tried to fly to Dubai in June, intending to travel on to Somalia via Djibouti from there. He was unable to board the flight however as his name was on the “No Fly” list.

In October 2009, Shehadeh went to SWAT gun club in Hawaii and paid to fire various weapons.

In 2010, Shehadeh tried to have his name removed from the “No Fly” list by claiming he had renounced violent jihad and offering to be an FIB informant. He told them he once believed he would get 72 virgins if he died fighting jihad.

Shehadeh also ran websites, sunnah101.com at first then later civiljihad.com and mymekkah.com, and had a Youtube account sunnah101, where he posted videos and other materials advocating violent jihad, including those by al-Qaeda's Ayman al-Zawahiri, Anwar al-Awlaki and Adam Gadahn. There was also a link to al-Awlaki's website at anwar-alawalaki.com. His email at civiljihad.com was mujahideen@civiljihad.com. Mujahideen means jihad warrior. In a message posted on muslimrevolution.com, the website of a New York based group that agrees with the ideology of Muslim terrorists, Shehadeh urged Muslims to exercise their free speech by speaking up. He also admitted that “in the land of the enemy of the mujahideen, Muslims can speak up and practice Islam freely.”

Shehadeh also encouraged one friend to follow him to Pakistan, another to travel to Somalia and a third person to learn Arabic “on the battlefield” in Yemen. He told the first friend that “war is deception” and discussed a hadith [probably Bukhari 4:52:269] on the use of deception during jihad. He advised the third person to put porn and music on his computer before traveling to deceive airport security in case he was searched. These three became FBI witnesses and revealed Shehadeh true jihad terror motives.

Shehadeh was arrest in Hawaii but will face charges in New York.

Canadian Islamists allegedly using Taqiyya to influence and infiltrate

""In the past few years we have seen the so-called Islamic History Month turned into a propaganda machine for the Islamists in Canada who wanted to introduce sharia law and who wish to hide behind the cover of teaching history to infiltrate the highest levels of government in Ottawa," MCC vice president Salma Siddiqui told AFP."
