$2 billion more in US military aid for a Pakistan that doesn't fight terror

 The US is to give Pakistan $2 billion in military aid from 2012 to 2016.¹ Nearly $5bn has already been given from 2005 to the last financial year. A White House report to Congress earlier this month said Pakistan avoids direct military action against Afghan Taliban and al-Qaeda in North Waziristan, not for lack of military resources only but also for political reasons.²
