Saudi Arabia, where sports is illegal for primary and secondary school girls, investigating girls' school for holding girl's sports day

The Dec 8 event involving 200 females from six Jeddah private high schools broke ministry rules against girls' sports in schools, a ministry official said.

Women's access to sports overall is tightly constricted in Saudi Arabia, which is governed according to an ultra-strict version of Islam. Women cannot participate in the Saudi Olympics team, and are not allowed to attend public football matches.

While a few women-only private clubs and private women's universities offer sporting possibilities, sports are prohibited at primary and secondary schools for girls.

Comments: Feminists, liberals, left-wingers, political correct elites and Muslims won't care much about this sort of appalling things happening in Muslims countries. All they want to do is complain about comparatively minor problems in the West.

Is this 'TRUE' Islam or not? If this isn't then will someone tell it to the Saudis, instead of to the non-Muslims? These people, they will try to correct 'mistaken' views about Islam by non-Muslims but don't do a thing about Muslims who are far more mistaken about what 'TRUE' Islam is.
